Whiplash Novice

You roll forward and kick the backend all the way around.  The key is the initial push and kick.  You need to push the bars forward and give a little kick.  Don't be afraid to fall forward over your bars, it will happen a few times.  When the backend is in front of you (like the steamroller position) you switch feet. (this is approximate, some people put both feet on pegs right after the push off)  When it comes around take off original foot and land it on the top tube.  When you get good at it, you won't need to kick much at all, and balance and momentum will bring the backend around.
