Side Squeak

Novice

This fundamental scuffing trick is also used as a linking trick.  Similar to a squeaker, except you are on the side of the bike, and you hold the seat with the hand.  This trick is either very easy or very hard to learn.  Learn squeakers first, it will help.  There are several ways to get into and out of this, many riders link it to pinky squeaks, or to elephant glides, and you can even roll it into a backwards hiker.  The key is finding the right height to hold the seat.  Try not to use your brakes too much when learning it.
