This ancient trick was one of my favorites back in 1989. You need good
back brakes...and front brakes help too. While standing on the back
pegs roll forward slowly. Do a small endo and then pull the front end
up while squeezing the back brakes. Let go of the bars with the other
hand, this should case the bars to flip. While pulling up lean the
bike flat and to the right while leaning your body to the left to counter
balance the bike. You can push on the tire with your free foot as Mike
does... or you can push on the seat. You can even Can Can these
things. Balance as long as you can getting the bike as flat as you
can. To ride away lean forward and reach for the pedals as you spin
the bars back. Mike shows you a couple different ways in this. |
