A Dump Truck is just the process of getting into a Stick-B or Caboose from a dork wheelie or magaspin.  Pulling into the trick is the scariest part.  Scuffing it (Stick-B or Caboose) is a very similar feeling to a Lard Yard.  Stick-B and Caboose is basically 2 names for the same trick.  Some people say a Stick-B is a switch footed Caboose.  Whatever.  To land it, reach back and grab the bars, and pull the bike down.  You can even link this trick back into Time Machines or spin your body into an upside down megaspin position.  Be creative.  Nolan from www.bmxcrew.com will show you how in this video.
